What we collect
When you place an order: your first name, surname, phone number, optional email, your pickup outlet or delivery area and address, and the items on the order. When you subscribe to the newsletter: your first name, surname and email.
Why we keep it
To confirm your payment, hand over or deliver your order, follow up if something goes wrong, and — if you subscribed — to send occasional updates. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
Where it lives
Orders and subscriptions are stored in our own database, reachable only by the people running the shop. Your cart is kept in your own browser and never leaves it until you check out.
Removing your details
Message us on WhatsApp and ask. We'll delete your subscription immediately and your order records once any open order is settled.
Age
This store is 18+. We do not knowingly keep details for anyone under 18.
