How do I order?

Three ways. Add items to the cart here and check out over WhatsApp, message us directly on WhatsApp, or buy in person at any of our outlets.

What is WhatsApp checkout?

You fill in your details on the checkout page and we record the order with its number. WhatsApp then opens with the full order already written out — send it, and we reply with payment details.

Pickup or delivery?

Pickup is free from any active outlet. Delivery is a flat fee per area, shown before you confirm.

How fast is delivery?

Deliveries run 9am to 8pm. Orders placed before 6pm go out the same day; after that, the next morning.

How do I pay?

For now, payment is arranged on WhatsApp once we confirm your order. Card and M-Pesa checkout on the site is coming.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final. Pickup is your responsibility; paid delivery is ours.

Do I need to be 18?

Yes. This store is strictly 18+ and you confirm your age at checkout.
